What does it mean to want stability in life? Could this be what people want out of a job? To never have to worry about coming home and wondering what’s for dinner. Or if you made enough to pay this month's set of bills. Questions and worries never die even when you have stability.
Maybe stability holds meaning regarding standing on your own. To be able to get up on ricity knees and weak legs and say “I can” instead of “I can’t”. To have your own chance to be able to tell someone that you can handle what’s on your plate all at once. Stability almost has this constant view within rose colored glasses. The future on the horizon is within reach, right?
When you think of it, stability doesn’t always have to do with money either. It could mean to be stable in life. With relationships, stability is just as important as any other part. To feel like you are seen and comfortable with how you feel is worth the same feeling of being stable as money would give anyone.
Being stable is another one of those things in life that comes at the right moment. You can’t rush it as a feeling that you might feel in the beginning of something that is still in the learning stage. I feel like stability goes hand in hand with trust in ways. Right moment and right time, I suppose.
